Job Description:
Installation, maintenance and configuration of all IT related equipment including LAN/WAN/Internet, CCTV and attendance devices.

Analytical ability for new procurement of IT hardware. Communicate with different vendor for Hardware/Software/website support & customization.

Manage IT assets (Laptop/PCs, Server, Camera, Projectors).

Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Computer science from any Polytechnic Institute. Bsc in CSE would be given preference.
Work Experience: 1 to 2
Job Requirement:
Installation , configuration and maintenance of PC, hardware, network, server and telecommunication components with all types of Network-equipment
Maintain and configure Switch, Router, TP link, CISCO switch, Micro tick and other networking devices.
Design, configure, trouble shoot and maintain Network / LAN/WAN, web mail and Attendance system. Maintain and keep data backup of server.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve hardware & software related problems for desktop computers, notebooks, printers etc. over the network
Responsible for maintaining IT security including latest virus protection and prevention mechanisms.
Install new software on user`s computers and customer training
Clear Knowledge about Windows and Linux operating system. Microsoft Windows server 2003/2008 setup and configuration
Software maintenance, trouble shooting, & MIS generation with existing software.
Any other related work assigned by the management.
