MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER-1 POSITION BASED IN DHAKA.

Bangladesh  women’s  Health Coalition (BWHC)-a national  NGO announcing  the  following  positions  under “Expanding Provision of  Essential  Services  to Street, Hotel and  Residence  Based  Female  Sex  Workers—GFATM 908 package (RCCphase-2) for immediate  recruitment. Project  duration  from December 2012  to  November 2015.

Monitoring  and  Evaluation  Officer-1 Position Based in  Dhaka.

The candidates must  have  post  graduation  in statistics or Social Science with  practical experience in similar field. S/he  should  have minimum 5 years  working experience  of  which  3 years must be in M&E or  research field. Have  competency in  data  collection,  processing ,  management  and  analysis report, development of  format/tools  and LMIS report  monitoring. Good command in statistical  software  program including  SPSS  and  database  management  is  required. Salary  Consolidated  BDT-44,000.00 per  month.

Project  Officer ( Operation)-1 Position Based in Dhaka. 

The candidates must  have  post  graduation  in Social Science or equivalent with  practical experience in similar field. S/he  should  have minimum 5 years  working experience  of  which  3 years must be must be on project in HIV/AIDS field. Have  competency  to supervise   and monitor DIC activities  for  prevention  of  HIV and  STI. S/he is to prepare monthly and  quarterly report  of  the project  and to supervise  the DIC’s  and other staff. Salary Consolidated BDT-40.000.00 per month.

VCT Counselor- 1 position(Female preferred) Based in Rangpur.

The candidates  must have  graduation on  Psychology, Sociology or  other  relevant subjects. Two (2) years experience in similar  position. Experience on counseling  for  VCT ( Particularly PWID/FWS/PLHIV is essential. Effective  inter- personal  communication  skill. Salary  Consolidated  BDT- 13,000.00 per month.

       4.Lab Technician- 1 Position Based in Rangpur.

 The candidates  must have diploma  in  medical  technology/ nursing/medical  assistantship  from any Govt. recognized  institute or equivalent. Two(2) years  practical  experience in  similar position. Working experience with HIV/ AIDS program (particularly PWID/ FSW/PLHIV) is  required. This  position requires basic experience  on  laboratory testing, especially HIV testing algorithms.  Salary  consolidate BDT- 12.000.00 per  month.

         5.Paradimedic  cum Counselor( Female)- 4 Position in Based in Dhaka.

The candidates  must  have diploma in  medical  technology/ nursing/ 18 months  paramedic  course  completed  from  any Govt. recognized  institute or equivalent. At least 2 years  experience on reproductive and sexual  health including  one  year experience  on RTI/STI/AIDS  and  counseling.  Salary  consolidated BDT-9,085.00 per  month.
