Project Manager – Community Clinic
Based in Dhaka + Three years contract + Consolidated monthly salary Tk.79,814 – 99,767
Reporting to the Director- Country Projects; Project Manager - Community Clinic will contribute to achieve the Country Strategic Plan (CSP) objectives. S/he will lead the capacity building activities for community groups; functioning Community Clinics and establish Upazila approach by facilitating government supports in project implementation. S/he will manage all Community Clinic related actions and will establish a coherent relation in implementation of Community Clinic support activities through health projects of Plan International Bangladesh.

For this role, the candidate should have a Master degree in Social Science/ Management/ Public Health/ Public Administration or any relevant field; MBBS degree will be preferred. 10 years working experience of which minimum 3 years in project management preferably in Maternal Neonatal Child Health (MNCH). Experience in managing Community Managed Clinic/ community mobilization and ability to apply PRA techniques will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla and good negotiation skills as well. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Email operation are essential requirements for this position. The position holder must be an excellent team player with the ability to work under pressure. The position requires 50% travel to project areas, Government Offices and Partner Organizations.
